• Tap or flick your brush to remove excess product and to avoid fall out onto the face. I like to tap it upright so the product falls into the brush rather than all over your basin or bench – cleaner and less wastage!
  • It goes against the rules, but try curling your lashes AFTER you've applied your mascara, after the mascara has dried though. It makes the curl more prominent and stays put. Try it out, you never know, you might prefer it!
  • Its no secret that makeup looks best on good, clean, even skin. So, stay out of the sun (seriously!) and make sure you see an expert to get the right products for you to look after your skin in the best possible way.
  • If your foundation wears off easily throughout the day check the ingredients of the moisturiser you're using and the foundation your using. If the first ingredient on one is water and on the other is an oil-based product, then that might be why! Water and oil don't mix!
